TrueDry Restoration Solutions

1. Agreement to Terms By booking services with TrueDry Restoration Solutions, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to ensure transparency and protect both our customers and our company.

2. Services Provided We specialize in water extraction, structural drying, and related restoration services. The scope of work will be defined in your service agreement or invoice.

3. Payment Terms Payment is due upon completion of services, unless other arrangements have been made in writing. For insurance claims, the customer remains responsible for any balance not covered by their insurer. Deposits may be required for scheduled jobs and must be paid prior to dispatch.

4. Cancellations & Refunds Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service may be eligible for a full refund of any deposit. Cancellations made after dispatch, or once services have begun, are non-refundable. See our Refund Policy for more details.

5. Work Guarantee We stand by the quality of our services. If you are not satisfied with the work performed, please notify us within 48 hours and we will return to address the concern at no additional cost.

6. Liability Disclaimer We are not liable for pre-existing damage, hidden structural issues, or secondary damage that occurs due to delays outside of our control. While we use professional-grade equipment and methods, complete elimination of mold or future water-related issues cannot be guaranteed unless full recommended services are completed.

7. Customer Responsibilities The customer must provide safe access to the work area. The customer is responsible for notifying us of any hazardous conditions (e.g., asbestos, unsafe wiring, chemicals). The customer must ensure utilities (water, electricity) are available for work to proceed.

8. Insurance Authorizations Work Authorization: By signing our Work Authorization form, you grant TrueDry Restoration Solutions permission to begin restoration services immediately. Once signed, work will proceed without delay and cannot be canceled after dispatch. Insurance Billing: We may bill your insurance provider directly for services rendered. However, you, as the property owner or authorized agent, remain financially responsible for all charges, including any portion not covered by insurance. No Guarantee of Coverage: We cannot guarantee that your insurance provider will cover all or part of the services provided. Any amounts not covered by insurance are the sole responsibility of the customer. Duty to Mitigate: By law and under most insurance policies, property owners are required to take reasonable steps to mitigate further damage. By authorizing us to perform services, you acknowledge this duty and understand that delays may increase damage and affect insurance coverage.

9. Governing Law These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas (or your operating state).
